Be aware that we are not responsible or liable for an accident, injury or incident. This is a volunteer event to bring good cheer to people everywhere. This is a "little thing"  that we can do to show our love and appreciation for a time that calls for peace in the world.


We will do all that we can to ensure you have a safe and happy time but you are responsible for yourself and your children. Please keep your children with you:) It is a train station!


After the Caroling we will be having an after party so make sure you get a map at the event. Come enjoy some hot drinks and snacks over a roaring fire and live music! Thanks for your support all year!

It's that time again to chill up the water and hand it out to those in need. If you have never been a part of the GOT THIRST CAMPAIGN, then just take a minute to hear my plight.


Like you I was just coming home from work, driving along when I saw someone holding a sign with a hope for spare change. It was August  scorching out... the temps were so high 105 I literally saw the sweat beads on the signholders head, the shirt was saturated, I could only look down, felt so bad. Here I was in this air conditioned car, just driving along while around me suffered people who had nothing not even a cold drink of water.  It didn't matter who they were, what they did or didn't do with their life, they were in need. They asked for change but I didn't have any.


That is when I started to realize that through my medium of music I could challenge, ask fans, get people to just start being apart of a campaign that gave cold water to the homeless during summer. I have been doing this for 6 years now and my campaign is still alive and well. I am not alone in this plight because you are here with me helping others. I thank you so much.

Chill up some bottled waters

Homeless has risen an alarming rates since 2007.
The SF GATE reports the following.

Homeless numbers
Age: 36 percent are between 41 and 50; 24 percent are between 51 and 60.


Veteran status: 17 percent have served in the U.S. armed forces; two-thirds of those received an honorable discharge.

Education: 40 percent completed high school or got their GED.

Panhandling: 33 percent do, most only one to five days a month.

It's time for TDE's kick off ANNUAL campaign to help out the homeless with cold drinks during soaring temperatures.
The past few years we have learned alot about people and how to help out. I would like to share with you some things fans have shared over the past few years.
One fan who drives over the bridge home brings a couple cold waters with her in her car and when she comes off the bridge instead of giving $ to the homeless holding signs at her off ramp she hands out a couple waters.
A couple people who go to the Concerts in the Park (SJ) carry a cold cooler full of waters they hand out on the way to their concerts.
A family! Together..on Sundays drive to the homeless shelter and drop off a case of water. One COOL INDIE artist teamed up with me and we make collections at our gigs to buy water and together with friends we get about 10 people together every weekend in Aug and hand out water to the homeless in our community.
If you want to be a part of our GOT THIRST CAMPAIGN this year Here is what you can do to help.
No one under 18 can participate unless they are with their parent or guardian.
Always go with a formed group not on your own.
Keep in mind that it is safe to drop off at shelters if you want to contribute and not hand out.
If you want to join our efforts on the days we go in August please just email and come with us as a group.

I can't stress enough that your safety is important- we can not be held responsible for any issues that come up that is why we encourage people to come with us or drop off at shelters that are established.
We have not ever had an incident BUT we put safety first.

There is alot of need out there. I want to encourage you to do something that helps other. A bottle of water is a little thing, but your generousity and thoughtfulness goes far beyond what you know.

I often feel that what I do is not enough, it's not making a difference, it's not helping. Slowly I can feel myself going "there" to that place I said I wasn't going! DOUBT!

But today GOD BLEW MY MIND!

Today was just another Monday, toiling away but earlier in the day I was talking and praying "LORD, I would like to tell you that I am ashamed that I can not draw a big crowd lately for you. I am sorry that I have not been as effective lately due to distraction, doubt and attitude. Lord please forgive my human weaknesses. Lord, I don't know how to do what you want me to do so please show me so that I can help people find you and I can be an example of your love and help others find your mercy".

About 1:30pm, I forgot all about my morning prayer and a friend of mine called me over and there was a woman standing there with the most beautiful flowers in a pot. Her eyes could light up a Christmas Tree. I recognized her as a friend of a friend. I smiled as I went toward her. Her smile beamed and I felt a wave of pureness and heart.
She came to thank me, for my music...the new CD had really helped her during a difficult time. So much so, she wanted me to know how much she appreciated it. She gave me a card to read later.
I was overwhelmed with her generosity and kindness. I thanked her and spoke with her for a couple minutes. I felt so greatful. As I watched her leave my heart was full of appreciation.
Later that evening on top of the evening mail was the card I saved to read. She gave me a beautiful card with very sincere and kind words. I closed the card, and put it inside a special place in my Bible where I keep other sentimental things.
I left to a band meeting later that evening; I stopped by a gas station to get gas and on the ground was what looked little business card. I picked it up out of respect for the person who dropped it, but as I looked closer it wasn't a business card at all. It was a small little card with these words on it...
"Making a difference, one soul at a time!"
No other words just that...
